As for my professional and personal details, I am devoted Always because You Deserve The Best. I have been in the real estate business for many years and I focus mostly in residential condos and freehold properties (detached, semis, townhomes and others) in Montreal the neighboring cities (Laval, Lasalle, Brossard, Longueil). Honestly speaking: to me – it is NOT all about me being the number 1 agent, instead it is all about you and your needs and wants, and making them the number 1 priority.
I spend a lot more time listening and understanding – why YOU as a client are different from other clients. Along with being posted on the official APCIQ site, my listings are emailed to all my clients and contacts, and they also get posted in different websites (zoocasa.com, homefinder.ca, craigslist.org and so on). I also feature them on my Facebook page and on my monthly real estate newsletter. I often get interested buyers contacting me about the properties due to these customized and aggressive marketing activities. I am very dedicated in protecting my clients’ interest at all costs, and thus – I attend all home inspection and electrical inspections personally,
even in case the client is not able to attend some of them. Your 100%+ Satisfaction is always my # 1 priority.
